Our Story: Our Experience, Your Vision

Founded in 1997, Investrade® was created to serve investors who wanted more control over their decisions – without unnecessary complexity or cost. From the outset, the goal was practical: build tools and experiences that support how people actually invest and trade.

Investrade operates as a Division of Regal Securities, Inc., a Chicago-area brokerage firm founded in 1977 and a member of FINRA and SIPC. That relationship provides institutional stability, regulatory rigor and operational depth – and gives us the right foundation to focus on our evolving platforms, pricing and service for self-directed clients.
